Crystal Palace look to sign Barcelona’s Munir

A potential move to England could be in Munir El Haddadi’s future as Crystal Palace are rumoured to bring the young Spaniard to London, according to Sport.

The 21-year-old Spaniard of Moroccan descent was first linked with a move to Roma, but the deal between Barcelona and the Italian team never materialized.

Now Palace has come forth as the front runner to land Munir as they look to strengthen their attack as they have yet to notch a goal in Premier League play, losing both of their matches so far.

Also, reports indicate that Barça are not looking for a loan move as they would prefer a permanent transfer for the 21-year-old forward.

Munir began his career with the Barcelona B squad, but in 2014 he made the jump to the senior squad where he has made 45 total appearances and scoring 10 goals for the Catalans.

After spending last year on loan with Valencia, the young Spanish player will most likely be itching to get more playing time and a move to Crystal Palace could be the right move for him.
