Everton linked with West Ham United winger Said Benrahma

Everton are interested in signing Said Benrahma from Premier League rivals West Ham United before the January transfer window closes on Thursday, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that the Toffees are interested in only a loan deal for the 28-year-old Algeria international, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.

However, Benrahma could be on his way to Lyon. The French club have agreed a £15 million deal with Premier League outfit West Ham for the winger, who is yet to make a decision on his future. The Hammers are willing to let the Algerian leave.

Benrahma has made five starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for West Ham so far this season. He has given one assist in those games. The winger has also given one assist in four starts and one substitute appearance in the UEFA Europa League.
