Inter Miami pull out of Willian deal

Inter Miami have decided not to press ahead with the signing of Arsenal winger Willian, according to The Sun. The former Chelsea star wants £167,000 per week as wages, which is too much for Major League Soccer outfit Miami.

Willian joined Arsenal last summer on a free transfer after leaving London and Premier League rivals Chelsea. The 32-year-old was expected to be a massive success at the Emirates Stadium, but the Brazil international, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, has failed to make huge impact.

The Brazilian wants to leave Arsenal, but it seems that it will be tough for him to move to Inter if he does not lower his wage demands. The attacker scored one goal and gave five assists in 25 Premier League appearances and provided two assists in nine Europa League games for the North London club last season.
