Inter near Eriksen signature after agreeing personal terms

It looks like the Christian Eriksen saga could be finally coming to a halt! The transfer rumour mills have been filled with stories regarding the Danish playmaker but right now it seems like he will be leaving Tottenham Hotspur. There are still some obstacles, but reports from Italy are quite interesting.

Inter have increased their offer for Eriksen to around 12 million euros plus bonuses, after Guiseppe Marrotta held taks with the Tottenham star’s agent. The Serie A giants have made Eriksen their top target in the January transfer window and they are trying their best to make it happen.

According to report from Sky Sport in Italy, Marotta met with Eriksen’s agent in Milan and agreed personal terms for the player. If the deal goes through, Eriksen will be earning eight million euros per season. However, Tottenham Hotspur are making things harder, as they are reportedly holding out for a transfer fee of 20 million euros.
