Argentine newspaper Ole has suggested that a number of Italy’s top sides are showing interest in Tottenham Hotspur attacker Erik Lamela.
The Argentine footballer has failed to prove his worth in English Premier League and there is a good chance he will be offloaded this summer.
According to the latest reports, he could be the subject of a real bidding war between several Serie A sides.
And while Inter Milan’s interest in the player was revealed long time ago, Ole claims Napoli and Fiorentina have joined the race as well.
Erik Lamela may have failed to impress in England’s top flight, but his excellent displays for AS Roma will not be forgotten any time soon.
The 22-year-old had joined the Giallorossi from River Plate in the summer of 2011 and went on to make 62 Serie A appearances for the Stadio Olimpico outfit, scoring no less than 19 goals in the process.
