Juventus and Inter interested in Marcos Alonso

Chelsea’s transfer ban has been lifted on Friday and it means the Blues will now be once again able to sign new players, as early as January 2020. But, that could also make it easier for them to sell players, since they will be able to replace them if necessary.

One of the players that might be leaving Stamford Bridge is Marcos Alonso. If Calciomercato are to be believed, Juventus and Inter Milan are plotting a move for Chelsea full-back. The lifting of the transfer ban will leave room for the London side to offload some unwanted players and Alonso is one of those.

Frank Lampard has not been using him much, as he prefers Emerson Palmieri featuring on the left-hand side of the pitch. The 28-year-old Spaniard has spent three years with Fiorentina, which means this would be his return to Serie A, if a deal occurs. The ball is in Juve’s and Inter’s court.
