The most spoken about footballer in recent weeks, AC Milan’s Kaka, has spoken about the negotiation talks with Manchester City.

He referred to the negotiations as nothing short of “shambolic.”

It has been reported that both sides claimed that they had called the negotiations off at the last minute.

The Italian media have slammed the City officials for having “messed up” and they hold their English counterparts responsible for the talks having been called off.

Kaka reinforced those feelings by saying that there was total confusion and nobody knew what was going on.

The Italian media also claim that during the six hours of talks between the two clubs no offer had been tabled by the Manchester City executive chairman Garry Cook.

Cook was alleged to have said that a bid would follow the following day. As yet, no bid has been received by AC Milan.
