Leeds 7/10 to beat QPR in Saturday’s Championship clash

Competition: Championship

Market: Leeds win

Odds: 7/10 @ Bet 365

With the chance to climb back to the top of the Championship, Leeds will welcome QPR to Elland Road on Saturday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, after bouncing back from a tough run of form back in October, Leeds’ 1-0 win over Sheffield United in midweek means that the Whites are now enjoying a three-match winning run in the Championship. Along with not conceding a single goal in over 300 minutes of football, it will be the form Pablo Hernandez most impressing Marcelo Bielsa. The 33-year-old now has four in his last five league matches for Leeds. Now unbeaten in their last five matches at Elland Road, we’re backing Bielsa’s side to carry on their unbeaten run on Saturday afternoon.

As for the visitors, while Steve McClaren’s side have shown their goalscoring form in the final third, QPR have struggled to get over the line in recent weeks. Coming off the back of a 3-2 loss away to a struggling Hull City side in midweek, they have now failed to win any of their last three league matches and their defensive issues will be a huge concern to the former England boss. QPR have now conceded two or more goals in each of their last four Championship appearances and have now failed to record a clean sheet since the end of October. Now failing to win any of their last three matches on the road, we’re backing another difficult afternoon for McClaren’s men on Saturday.
