Leeds United considering Sam Allardyce?

Leeds United are considering appointing Sam Allardyce as their manager for the final games of the season, according to The Athletic. The report has claimed that Leeds are considering sacking Javi Gracia despite appointing him only this season after getting rid of Jesse Marsch.

Allardyce is without a managerial job at the moment and was last in charge of West Bromwich Albion. ‘Big Sam’ has a strong reputation of getting teams out of trouble and keeping them in the Premier League. The English manager is able to make an instant impact at clubs who are struggling.

Leeds are 17th in the Premier League table at the moment with 30 points from 34 matches. The West Yorkshire club are level on points with third-from-bottom Nottingham Forest and level on points with 16th-placed Leicester City. The Whites are in serious danger of going down to the Championship at the end of the season.
