Leeds United want Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero on free transfer?

Leeds United are interested in signing Sergio Aguero in the summer of 2021, according to 90min. The former Atletico Madrid striker will leave Manchester City at the end of the season and will become a free agent, and Leeds are reportedly interested in securing his services.

Aguero is one of the best strikers in the world and would make Leeds a better team. True, the 32-year-old has had injury problems and has not played much this season, but he still has his quality, and his extensive experience of playing in the Premier League means that he would not need any time to adapt.

However, Aguero is used to play in the Champions League and competing for the Premier League title, and it is hard to see the Argentina international be tempted by a move to Leeds. After all, this is the first time that the Whites are playing in the Premier League since 2004 and are unlikely to challenge for the Champions League places anytime soon.
