Leeds United want to sign Lazio striker Vedat Muriqi

Leeds United are interested in signing Vedat Muriqi from Lazio in the January transfer window, according to LaLazioSiamoNoi. The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Leeds have registered their interest in the 27-year-old Lazio striker.

Premier League club Leeds want to sign Muriqi on loan until the end of the season. Hull City are also keen on the 27-year-old Kosovo international striker, who has been on the books of Lazio since the summer of 2020.

Muriqi made seven starts and 20 substitute appearances in Serie A for Lazio last season, scoring one goal in those games. The striker did not score any goals in five Champions League matches for Lazio last season. So far this season, Muriqi has made one start and 10 substitute appearances in Serie A and has made three substitute appearances in the Champions League for Lazio, and has not scored.
