Liverpool are among the clubs interested in signing Antoine Griezmann from Barcelona in the summer of 2021, according to El Gol Digital. It has been reported that Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are also looking into the possibility of securing the services of the 30-year-old France international forward.
The report in the Spanish news outlet that Barcelona are willing to sell the former Atletico star, who himself is tempted by a move to the Premier League. The 30-year-old has been on the books of Barcelona since 2019 when he joined from Atletico, but he has failed to replicate the form he showed at the Madrid club.
Liverpool have a brilliant front-three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, and the Reds also signed Diogo Jota from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer of 2020. However, there is always room for better players, and Griezmann would make Jurgen Klopp’s side better.
