Man United and Pogba in contract talks

Manchester United are trying to get one of the most important deals done as soon as possible. According to Calciomercato, the club is in talks with Mino Raiola, Paul Pogba’s agent, over a potential contract extension. Pogba will apparently be offered a new deal, as the club wants to keep him for much longer than the current three years he has been at the club since arriving from Juventus.

This all comes after a very tumultuous summer in which Pogba publicly said that he feels all sides might need a change of scenery and that he, ultimately, wanted to leave. That did not happen in the end, as the Devils were adamant he had to stay and now Man United want him to sign a new deal.

Pogba could be in line for a salary of €21m per year, which would be a €4m increase on his current yearly salary.
