Man Utd chasing Serbian starlet

Manchester United are being linked with a move for Serbian defender Uros Cosic, according to The Mirror.

CSKA Moscow sees the 17-year-old as a potentially bigger talent than United defender Nemanja Vidic and are desperate to keep him at the club.

The club have even asked Russian president Dmitry Medvedev to grant the youngster a Russian citizenship.

“I must stress that we would like to keep Cosic”, said club president Yevgeni Giner.

“We even offered him Russian citizenship. It now depends upon the Presdent Medvedev whether it is granted or not.

“I have not seen such a great central defender before, not to mention that he is only 17.

“But Manchester United would also love to have him.

“They have already made several attempts to approach me about him, asking if I was ready to negotiate.

“They can see – the boy is going to grow into a bigger star than Vidic.”

    Of course not…

17 and straight in to the EPL to contend with Vidic? haha…I won’t believe it until I see it. I guarantee that even if Man U sign this kid tomorrow and starts to play him the day after, he will get chewed up and spit out in the EPL.

This is just a rally to inflate the boy’s transfer fee…

Real Madrid have really left the transfer market in a mess this year.
