Manchester City are interested in signing Eden Hazard from Real Madrid in the summer of 2021 if they are unable to bring Lionel Messi to the Etihad Stadium, according to Voetbal24. It has been reported that City have identified the former Chelsea attacking midfielder as an alternative to Messi.
