Manchester City eye Valencia youngster Lee Kang-in

Manchester City are interested in signing Lee Kang-in from Valencia, according to Superdeporte. It has been reported that the Premier League giants could make a move for the 18-year-old, who could follow in the footsteps of Ferran Torres and join the Citizens.

Torres moved to City from Spanish club Valencia in the summer of 2020 for an initial transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £20.8 million. The 20-year-old Spain international winger has made three starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Pep Guardiola’s side so far this season, providing one assist in the process, and has scored three goals in three Champions League matches, according to WhoScored.

According to WhoScored, Lee has made five starts and three substitute appearances in La Liga for Valencia so far this season, providing three assists in the process. Los Che are ninth in the La Liga table at the moment with 11 points from nine matches.
