Manchester United plan £50m for Kalvin Phillips

Manchester United are interested in signing Kalvin Phillips from Premier League rivals Leeds United in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that Manchester United are planning a bid of £50 million for the England international, but they would prefer to sign fellow midfielder Declan Rice.

Phillips is one of the best central midfielders in the Premier League and has been superb for Leeds in the Premier League. Phillips has has injury problems this season, but when the 26-year-old has turned out for the Whites, he has been brilliant.

The England international midfielder has made 13 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Leeds so far this season, providing one assist in the process.
