Manchester United want Ajax forward Mohammed Kudus

Manchester United are interested in signing Mohammed Kudus from Ajax in the January transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are looking for a replacement for the departed Cristiano Ronaldo, and that Kudus is one of the players on their radar.

Kudus has been on the books of Ajax since 2020 and has established himself as one of the best young players in Europe. The 22-year-old played for Ghana at the 2022 Qatar World Cup and is able to operate as a forward, attacking midfielder or out wide.

The 22-year-old has made five starts and nine substitute appearances in the Eredivisie for Ajax so far this season, scoring five goals in the process. Kudus has made five starts and one substitute appearance in the UEFA Champions League so far this campaign, scoring four goals and providing two assists in the process.
