French giants Marseille are considering a move for Genoa defender Facundo Roncaglia, according to Le 10 Sport.
Stade Velodrome has been quite busy ever since the previous campaign ended and OM have already recruited a total of five new players.
But, having seen Rod Fanni leave for Qatar, Marseille have made signing a right-sided defender one of their priorities.
And while their target Javi Manquillo appears to be nearing a switch to Roma, Marcelo Bielsa is looking at compatriot Facundo Roncaglia.
The experienced defender has fared pretty well in Italian Serie A, making 69 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina and Genoa, scoring 3 goals.
Marcelo Bielsa likes the fact that Roncaglia can successfully operate at centre-back and right-back, and he will give his best to lure him to Stade Velodrome.
The Boca Juniors graduate represented the Argentina national team at the 2015 Copa America, starting the opening match against Paraguay.
