Newcastle United could try to sign Dominic Calvert-Lewin in January 2024

Newcastle United are interested in signing Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Everton in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The report has noted that Newcastle want to bring in a new striker on a loan deal in the middle of the season, and that Calvert-Lewin is on their radar.

Calvert-Lewin has been on the books of Everton since 2016 and has established himself as one of the better strikers in the Premier League. Calvert-Lewin has scored 50 goals and given 12 assists in 190 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

Newcastle are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 20 points from 12 matches. Meanwhile, Everton currently find themselves second from bottom in the standings with four points from 12 games, two points behind Luton Town in 17th.
