Pellissier happy at Chievo

Chievo marksman Sergio Pellissier insists he is happy at the club and is not seeking a summer move to a bigger club.

The 29-year-old scored a hat-trick against Juventus in the 3-3 draw last weekend.

“I had never scored against Gigi Buffon before and now I have three,” he enthused on Radio Radio TV.

“The icing on the cake was that we came away from Turin with a point after the 3-3 draw.

“I am too old to sign for a giant now. I will stay with Chievo. You can never say never but here the club and its directors have always believed in me.

“Last year I was close to joining Genoa, but then I decided to stay in Verona.”
