Perrotta confident ahead of Chelsea clash

Roma midfielder Simone Perrotta is confident they can beat Chelsea in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The Giallorossi lost 4-0 against Inter last night, but Perrotta is confident they can bounce back.

“We have to show character when things don’t go well,” Perrotta told Romanews.eu.

“If you look at the score against Inter it seems that all our efforts were futile, but we did play well.

“However, the mood in the dressing room is positive and all the players are united.

“We know that we will come under fire and that we will be judged, but we are calm.

“Now we will head to Chelsea for a tough game, but we have to play as we are capable of playing.

“We are constantly growing as a team, even though it may not look like it. Now we have to work hard and turn things around.”
