Real Madrid eye Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram

Real Madrid are interested in signing Khephren Thuram from Nice in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. Spanish and European giants Madrid are looking for a long-term replacement for Casemiro, and have identified Thuram as a potential target.

Casemiro has been superb for Madrid over the years and has established himself as a key figure in the team. The 29-year-old Brazil international defensive midfielder has won the La Liga title twice and the Champions League on four occasions with Los Blancos.

Khephren Thuram is the son of France legend Lilian Thuram and the younger brother of Marcus Thuram. The 20-year-old midfielder has made 12 starts and 12 substitute appearances in Ligue 1 so far this season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in the process.
