After losing to Uruguay on Thursday, Chile did themselves a great favor beating Bolivia 2-0 in their second match. Bolivia no longer have a chance of making it into the next round.

No goals were scored in the first half and the second seemed to be heading for a similiar outcome.

But things changed on 79 minutes when Mauricio Gomez finally broke the deadlock. A few minutes later, the forward added a second to decide the clash.

Chile face Brazil and Paraguay in their remaining two matches. The game with Paraguay is likely to be decisive in this group.
