Sorensen rules out leaving Stoke

Danish goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen has ruled out leaving Premier League side Stoke City.

Sorensen has been linked with a move away from the club despite signing a new deal at Stoke in the autumn.

Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are among the club being linked with a move for Sorensen.

“I’m fully committed to Stoke and I’m not going anywhere,” said Sorensen.

“I had two meetings with the manager last week and I gave him my word that I wasn’t going anywhere.”

Stoke City tried to bring in Portsmouth keeper David James on loan earlier this week.
