Serbian winger Zoran Tosic has admitted that he is ready to leave Manchester United if he does not see more first-team action at Old Trafford next season.
Tosic has impressed while on loan at Bundesliga side Cologne since January.
“If United want me back I will be very happy to return but I don’t want to go back there and be in the same situation as last year, I want a more important role in the set-up,” he told Serbian TV channel b92’s website.
“I feel great here but it remains to be seen what Manchester United will say because it’s up to them, I have a contract with the club and it’s their decision.
“If that’s not what United want, then I will have a look at alternative options.
“I’ve spoken to Cologne’s officials and they told me they would like to see me wear the team’s shirt next season too.”
