Defending champions Tottenham Hotspur will have to get past seven-time winner Liverpool to reach the League Cup quarterfinals.
After a dismal start to its Premier League season, Spurs ousted Newcastle in Wednesday’s third round while Liverpool edged Crewe.
Saturday’s fourth-round draw also pitted Manchester United against League Championship club Queens Park Rangers, which upset Aston Villa in the third round. Burnley, another second-tier club, will visit Chelsea, which lost February’s final to Tottenham.
