Tottenham Hotspur eye Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Conor Gallagher from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that Tottenham are among a number of clubs who are keeping tabs on the England international midfielder, who will make a decision on his future once Chelsea have appointed a permanent manager at the end of the season.

Gallagher has made 12 starts and 16 substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Blues so far this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process. The midfielder has made one start and six substitute appearances in the UEFA Champions League for Chelsea so far this season. Gallagher has also made one substitute appearance in the Carabao Cup and has played once in the FA Cup.

Tottenham are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 53 points from 31 matches, three points behind fourth-placed Newcastle United, who have played 30 games. Meanwhile, Chelsea currently find themselves 11th in the standings with 39 points from 31 games.
