West Brom eye West Ham winger Robert Snodgrass

West Bromwich Albion are interested in signing Robert Snodgrass from Premier League rivals West Ham United in the January transfer window, according to The Express & Star. The report has claimed that the Hammers are willing to listen to offers for the former Leeds United winger, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

Snodgrass has been on the books of West Ham since 2017, but the Scotland international has never really been able to make himself a regular in the first team and also had a loan spell at Aston Villa in 2017-18. According to WhoScored, the 33-year-old has played just four minutes in the Premier League for the London club so far this season.

West Brom are struggling in the Premier League at the moment and are in real danger of going back down to the Championship at the end of the season. Sam Allardyce’s side are second from bottom in the league table with eight points from 17 matches.
