Zaha hands in transfer request

Things are getting heated up in the Premier League. With the transfer window getting to a close on Thursday, the deals are happening faster than ever. And things are also heating up at Selhurst Park, as Wilfried Zaha has handed in a transfer request at Crystal Palace!

Sky Sports are reporting fresh news of the winger wanting to leave the club. The Ivorian was linked with Arsenal for the most part of the summer, but that potential deal fell through once the Gunners signed Nicolas Pepe from LOSC Lille. Everton have made a couple of bids for Zaha in the last two days, according to the same source, and the Eagles have rejected both of them.

Zaha is now officially asking for a move out of the club, although some reports are suggesting Crystal Palace board knew his wish as far back as four weeks. Palace are reluctant to sell, but with Everton pushing, they might have to give in.
