FC Twente beat NAC in play-off semi’s

FC Twente are practically through to the final of the Dutch play-offs for a Champions League spot, having beaten NAC Breda 3-0 at home.

Rob Wielaert scored for the home side in the 32nd minute, and late goals from Romano Denneboom and Stijn Huysegems meant that NAC face a tough task in the second leg.

It could have been even worse though, as N’Kufo, Wilkshire and Denneboom all hit the woodwork for Twente.

In the other Champions League play-off semi final, Ajax host SC Heerenveen at the Amsterdam Arena on Thursday.
