Fiorentina eyeing Falcao move

Serie A side Fiorentina are set to make a move for Radamel Falcao in January, according to the Mirror.

The striker is currently on a season-long loan at Chelsea from Monaco, though he has struggled with Jose Mourinho’s side scoring just one goal in nine appearances.

He also failed to produce his best form for Manchester United, for whom he played for on loan last season.

Prior to his move to England, he had a goal-scoring ratio greater than a goal every two games for Monaco, Atletico Madrid and Porto while he was also prolific at first club River Plate.

Internationally, he has been capped sixty-two times for Colombia, scoring twenty-five goals.

La Liga pair Valencia and Villareal and former club Porto have also been linked with a move for the twenty-nine year old, who’s only goal for his current club came in a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace back in August.
