Guiza unaffected by Bojan saga

Spain striker Daniel Guiza says to be unaffected by the public’s ongoing call to see the debut of FC Barcelona’s Bojan Krkic.

If Bojan were to begin forming part of the Spanish team on a more regular basis, this would most likely affect Guiza, who has been making appearances as a substitute in most recent games.

“The truth is that it doesn’t affect me. The only thing I have to do is work hard and wait for opportunities. The rest means nothing to me,” said the forward who recently left the Spanish Liga to join Fenerbahçe in Turkey.

The question is whether Guiza is to make another appearance versus Armenia or Wednesday, or whether manager Vicente del Bosque puts his trust in Bojan.

If the latter were to come on the pitch during this game, he would no longer be able to play for the Serbian team. This is the main reason why many want the youngster to make his appearance, in order to tie his future to the Spanish national team.
