Inter star set to join Sunderland

Inter midfielder Sulley Muntari will join Sunderland on loan later today, according to The Sun.

The Ghana international will complete a loan deal later today, while Sunderland will have the option to buy his contract for £6 million.

The player’s agent, Fabien Piveteau confirmed his client is on the verge of joining Sunderland.

“If everything is sorted out with Sunderland he will be going there.

“The other Ghana players at Sunderland – Asamoah Gyan and John Mensah – have told him about the club which has obviously played a part.”

Muntari has lost his starting place at Inter and he has decided to join Black Cats in search for first team football.

Good move for Muntari. These days,it doesn’t matter who you play for as long as it’s top flight football.

The keyy thing for pro footballers is getting first team play.
