Fiorentina boss Cesare Prandelli has rubbished reports linking him with Juventus.

Reports in the press have suggested Prandelli could replace Claudio Ranieri who is struggling at Juventus.

Prandelli said: “I have a contract here and I want to respect it.

“I don’t want to comment on links with Juve out of respect for the Fiorentina fans.

“My job is to ensure that the Gigliati win and I want to do everything to improve my current team.”

Prandelli also claimed their clash with Reggina this weekend is their “most important of the season.”

“Tomorrow’s match is the most important of the season,” Prandelli continued.

“If we get the three points it could be a turning point. But these games where you have to win are tough, even if we want the three points.

“I want to see the right spirit. At the moment I am just thinking about Reggina and not the Champions League.”
