French champions Paris Saint-Germain are readying summer assault on Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, France Football can reveal.
The Saints have several expensive stars on their radar, such as Angel Di Maria, Paul Pogba, Kevin De Bruyne and Carlos Tevez, but with FIFA Fair Play Rules in mind, they might be forced to turn to cheaper alternatives.
As a result, PSG appear to be weighing up summer bid for Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is valued at €25 million.
The Saints officials have been impressed with the player’s performances last term and they really like the fact he can cover a number of positions in the final third.
Despite starting the season on the right wing, the Gabon star was later used as a central forward, and he fared very well in both positions.
Aubameyang, 25, notched 16 goals in 33 Bundesliga fixtures, while netting another nine times in other competitions to finish the campaign as club’s top goalscorer.
