Ryan Fraser in talks with Newcastle United over a move in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports. It has been reported tat the winger is in Tyneside for face-to-face talks with Newcastle head coach Steve Bruce.
The 26-year-old is a free agent at the moment, having left Bournemouth at the end of June. The winger did not finish the season with the Cherries, who eventually got relegated from the Premier League and will play in the Championship in 2020-21.
Sky Sports have claimed that Fraser arrived in Newcastle on Friday afternoon and will hold talks with Magpies’ head coach Bruce. The winger is undecided on his future, and although there is no agreement between the winger and Newcastle, he is keen on a move to the Premier League club. According to WhoScored, the winger made 21 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League for Bournemouth last season, scoring one goal and providing four assists in the process.
