Vinicius Junior doesn’t want Arsenal transfer from Real Madrid

According to Defensa Central, Vinicius Junior does not want to leave Real Madrid despite interest from Arsenal. It has been reported that Premier League club Arsenal are keen on signing the 20-year-old winger on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reportedly asked the North London club to bring the Brazil international on a loan deal until the end of the season. However, Spanish and European giants Madrid have made it clear that they do not want to let go of the young winger, who himself is not keen on a move to Arsenal in the January transfer window.

According to WhoScored, Vinicius, who can operate as a winger or more centrally, has made eight starts and seven substitute appearances in La Liga for Madrid so far this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process. The youngster has also made two starts and four substitute appearances in the Champions League for Zinedine Zidane’s side, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
