In what could prove to be an enjoyable Championship showdown on Saturday afternoon, Norwich will welcome Swansea to Carrow Road.

Last seen earlier in the week securing a 2-1 victory at home against Derby, the Canaries are clearly relishing life under the former Rangers boss. Although the Norfolk-based outfit might know that it would take an almighty upset if they are to punch a shock play-off ticket, Norwich find the mood in their camp at a real high. Including a thrilling 4-2 win away at Bristol City on April 18th, Clement’s side have lost just a trio of their previous 15 matchups against Championship opposition – a run that stems back to the end of January. However, it should be highlighted, Saturday’s hosts have claimed just a sole clean sheet from their last seven attempts. Likewise, Norwich have come away unscathed at Carrow Road on just a single occasion over the past couple of months.

As for the visitors, making an immediate return to winning ways last time out as they secured a dramatic 2-1 victory away at QPR, Swansea will be looking to use that impressive display as a platform to build on. However, essentially sat in Championship limbo, Vitor Matos’ side are desperately searching for some essential stability over the final couple of weeks. Much like the Canaries, Swansea have shown their own glaring defensive issues on either side of March’s fortnight interval.
