Everton linked with Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale

Everton are interested in signing Aaron Ramsdale from Premier League rivals Arsenal in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Everton could have to sell Jordan Pickford due to financial reasons, and that the Toffees could try to bring on Ramsdale on a loan deal.

Ramsdale has been the number one goalkeeper for Arsenal for a while, but the England international has now lost his place in the starting lineup. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has started David Raya against Everton, PSV and Tottenham Hotspur. Raya joined Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

Everton are 15th in the Premier League table at the moment with four points from six matches, just three points above the relegation zone. Meanwhile, Arsenal currently find fifth in the standings with 14 points from six games, four points behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City.
