Desperate to gain some much-needed momentum before traveling to Russia later this month, Croatia will welcome fellow World Cup finalists Senegal to Stadion Maksimir on Friday evening.

Conceding just three goals in the whole of qualifying, Senegal appears to have carried on their impressive defensive record as of late. Coming off the back of a 0-0 draw away at Luxemburg, the visitors have now drawn their last three matches on the bounce and  even more impressive, Senegal have now recorded a clean sheet in four of their last six.
